Orders are often dispatched within a few days, but please allow 14 days
All claims for loss or damage must be made within 24 hours of delivery
and confirmed in writing
Should the holly which you have asked for not be in stock we will offer
an alternative, or, if you prefer we will contact you when it is available.
We would, of course, be disappointed if our hollies did not meet your
high expectations. The customer has a statutory right to cancel their
order at any time up to 7 whole working days after receipt of the goods.
To cancel an order you should notify us by e-mail, post or fax at the
above address and, where the goods have been despatched or delivered,
make arrangements to return them to us. Where these goods have already
been despatched and paid for a full refund will be made within 30 days.
Goods being returned for any reason are at the purchasers risk and expense.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that goods being returned for
a refund remain in good condition. We strongly recommend that you use
a tracked and insured postal / carrier service.
Please note that the above terms and conditions do not affect your statutory
rights as a consumer.
